Our Play Rules
Kindly take note that we do not operate as a childcare facility. Parents, guardians, or sitters must be present in the play area, ensuring continuous supervision of the child(ren) you are with.
Before gaining entry to the play area, all parents or guardians must complete a waiver for each child.
Food is not permitted within the play area. Food should be eaten in designated seating areas.
You are allowed to bring resealable drinks from outside into the play area.
A diaper changing station is available next to the restrooms . We kindly request that all diaper changes be conducted in that room and not in the play area or in the cafe.
We politely ask that all guests either wash their hands or utilize one of our sanitation stations before entering the play area. You can choose to use the sink in the lobby area or one of our restrooms for this purpose.
We retain the right to request the removal of disruptive children who interfere with the learning and play experiences of others.
We respectfully ask all our guests to remove their shoes and wear SOCKS ONLY. Clear booties are available for adults upon request at no additional cost. You are welcome to bring your own socks from home, or you can purchase socks on-site.
No Running. Always use Walking Feet
Throughout the facility, you'll notice numerous signs placed near each attraction. We kindly request your attention to these signs and encourage you to follow the provided instructions.
When using the slides, please go down in a seated position, facing forward, and ensure only one person is on the slide at a time. Do not bring toys or loose items onto the slide. Climbing up the slide is not allowed.
Although we maintain our doors open between play sessions, there may be occasions when we need to temporarily close off specific areas, such as the water room or the Dino Dig, for cleaning by our staff if they become excessively messy. We acknowledge that this may cause some inconvenience, but it is a necessary measure to ensure the safety and well-being of all our visitors. Your understanding is greatly appreciated.
Our baby area is exclusively intended for children under 3 years old. We respectfully request that children who exceed this age limit do not enter, as the toys in this area are designed for delicate, smaller hands UNLESS they are with a younger sibling.
We offer complimentary public Wi-Fi access.
As you prepare to depart, we ask you to please place any toys that have been in your children's mouths into one of our designated "Yuck Buckets." You'll find several of these buckets conveniently located throughout the play area.
