Policies:
Age Limits & Restrictions
· Our facility is designed for children aged 7 and under. Nonetheless, children who are older than 7 are welcome to play alongside their younger siblings.
· In consideration of the safety of our youngest adventurers, children who exhibit disruptive behavior, particularly those older than 7, will receive an initial warning. If the behavior persists, they will not be permitted in the play area on the second occasion, and on the third occurrence, they will be asked to depart the premises without a refund.
Food and Use of Session
· While enjoying your open-play session, we ask that you do not bring external food items into our facility. We offer a variety of nutritious snacks and meal options, including pouches and baby food for the little ones. Additionally, you can find a self-serve coffee and espresso station for your convenience.
· Private play sessions are not intended for birthday parties or events. If you are interested in hosting a party during the weekends, kindly consult one of our staff members to discuss facility booking options tailored to your party needs. Alternatively, consider our "Base Package" for weekday birthday celebrations!
Adult to Child Ratio
Each Open Play spot is designated for one child and up to two adults exclusively. If you wish to include additional siblings, you can do so and receive a $4 discount on each additional child. However, please note that all individuals, including siblings, must be accompanied by the same adult to qualify for this discount. If you need to add an extra adult, simply select the option during the scheduling process. You are allowed to add up to two additional adults.
Maximum Capacity
· Open Play has a maximum capacity of 30 children per session. Extra Adults may be added with a max of 4 adults per child in the play area.
Allotted Time / Cancellations / Refunds
· Each session includes a maximum playtime of 2 hours (120 minutes), which may not be exceeded.
· To receive credit for a future date, cancellations must be made at least 48 hours prior to your reserved time. Please note that we do not provide refunds, only credit. It's important to be aware that our policy is strictly enforced, and there will be no exceptions for last-minute cancellations (within 48 hours) or same-day cancellations. This policy also applies to passes and memberships.
check-in procedures:
1. If you suspect that you or someone in your household may have had contact with COVID-19 within the 14 days preceding your reservation, whether symptomatic or not, we kindly request that you refrain from attending.
2. Please sign the waiver ahead of time
3. Please remember to check in at the reception desk and be mindful of maintaining social distancing while waiting. Your cooperation is greatly appreciated.
4. Masks are OPTIONAL during Open Play
5. We kindly request that all guests either wash their hands or utilize one of our sanitation stations before entering the play area. You can choose to use the sink in the lobby area or one of our restrooms for this purpose.
6. Please be sure to take off your shoes before entering the play area. For both adults and children, the use of grip socks is mandatory. You can also purchase them from us if needed. Thank you for your understanding.
7. For the safety of all children, we request that kids aged 4-7 should not be left unattended in the play area for extended periods. Furthermore, children aged 3 and below must have constant supervision at all times. Thank you for ensuring a safe environment for everyone.
8. Although we maintain our doors open between play sessions, there may be occasions when we need to temporarily close off specific areas, such as the water room or the Dino Dig, for cleaning by our staff if they become excessively messy. We acknowledge that this may cause some inconvenience, but it is a necessary measure to ensure the safety and well-being of all our visitors. Your understanding is greatly appreciated.
9. Our baby area is exclusively intended for children under 24 months of age. We kindly request that children who exceed this age limit do not enter, as the toys in this area are designed for delicate, smaller hands.
10. As you prepare to depart, we kindly ask you to place any toys that have been in your children's mouths into one of our designated "Yuck Buckets." You'll find several of these buckets conveniently located throughout the play area.
